B.S. Philosophy, UCLA

I graduated with a degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles. However, Philosophy was not only not my first choice, it was nowhere on my radar.

I started UCLA as a Physiological Science major & followed through with my science-based degree for my first two years of college, focusing specifically on Biomedical Research & the ethics behind medicine. Along the way, I realized I had a passion for people that took me outside of the laboratory & into the community. I quickly switched my focus onto Philosophy, Public Policy & Medical ethics. This allowed me to heighten my skills in introspective thinking, logical reasoning, ethics/ethical analysis & creative writing.

As I continued, I began to branch into my creative nature & took many classes that taught me the inner makings of the music industry & music creation. I incorporated my passion for helping my community & implementing social reform through the use of my African American studies minor.

Despite starting off in a completely different field, I've found my home in Philosophy, in creative writing, and in the music industry. Having such a wide reach is what I believe allows me to provide a different perspective that transcends the mundane, & I guarantee this is something you will see in everything I put my foot into.
